Service Description

Connect and grow through the power of group work. In groups of up to 5 people you will have the opportunity to speak about what is on your mind and form bonds with others. The space is created to be calm and down to earth so that you can practice being the most authentic version of yourself with the support of a therapist and other like minded peers. We will have a one to one session to assess your needs before entering the group.
